Graduation Requirements
A student shall be eligible for graduation from St. John High School upon completion of:
16.5 units [required courses (listed below)]
+8.5 units [elective courses]
25 units [Total Credits Required]
- 4 Units of English [Language Arts 9, 10, 11, and 12]
- 3 Units of Science [Physical Science (9), Biology (10), Chemistry/Human Biology/Physics (11/12)]
- 1 Unit of Physical Education/Health
- 3 Units of Social Sciences [World History (10), U.S. History (11), U.S. Government (12)]
- 3 Units of Mathematics (9th and 10th are required to take mathematics courses)
- 1 Unit of Fine Arts
- 0.5 Unit of Computer Applications
- 1 Unit of Consumer Personal Finance (beginning with the Class of 2021)
