A little about me. I grew up and graduated from Mankato, Kansas (before it became Rock Hills High School). I went on to attend college at Kansas Wesleyan University where I played football from 2002-2005. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training. Right after graduation I decided to go and get my Master's in Business Adminstration from KWU. During this time I also helped to coach football helping the the defensive line from 06-07 and was the linebackers coach from 08-09.
After a couple years off from school I decided to work on education degree through Fort Hays State University in the spring of 2010. I graduated with degrees in Business Education and Secondary Education in May of 2012.
I started my teaching career in Ashland in the fall of 2012 where I taught Business classes along with a PE class. I was also the onsite IT along with helping coach High School Football and Track. Over the next two years in Ashland I went on to be the Head Junior High Football and Track coach while continuing to help with the High School programs.
Following my time in Ashland I moved to Onaga and worked there from the fall of 2015 to the spring of 2018. During that time I continued to teach Business class along with a few PE classes. I, also served as the coached all three seasons serving as head coach for High School Football, High School Girls Basketball, and High School Boys Track.
In the fall of 2018 I moved to Spearville and was there for six years. During my time in Spearville I taught just PE classes while also serving as the Athletic Director along with being the Head Football and Track coach.
